Chiropractic Adjustment
 A chiropractic adjustment is a precise procedure by which Dr. Streiff exerts gentle, corrective pressure to improve joint alignment and mobility, relieve associated muscle and nerve tension and assist with healing and strengthening of the spine.
 
Once your back, neck, spine and joint function is restored, Dr. Streiff encourages exercises to mobilize the affected area and get you back to your normal activities.

 

Massage Therapy

As a compliment to chiropractic care, Body Mind Wellness Center services include massage therapy with a licensed massage therapist. Massage therapy has numerous benefits, including relaxation, increased circulation, improved posture and decreased pain. Massage therapy also calms the nervous system and flushes toxins from the muscles while working in harmony with chiropractic care.

​Dr. Susan Streiff has been in practice for over 30 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic and is fully licensed in the State of Illinois. Dr. Streiff is a 1984 Cum Laude graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic.

In 1993, Dr. Streiff opened her Streiff Chiropractic practice in Glenview, on the North Shore of Chicago, Illinois, and in 1994 she opened a second office in Gurnee.
